Easter Brunch

EDGE delivers an elaborate Easter Brunch with unlimited a la carte options, made-to-order BBQ, fresh seafood, whole roasted pork prepared in a tradtional Latin style in a Caja China and special holiday favorites.  An extravagant assortment of sweets prepared by our in-house pastry chef, free-flowing mimosas, mojitos, Bloody Marys and draft beer complete the Easter Brunch experience.  Dine indoors or al fresco on the shaded EDGE terrace.  Reservations are highly recommended. 

Easter Fare includes:

  • Roasted Leg of Aussie Lamb stuffed with Figs and Brioche and served with Mint Chimichurri
  • Whole Roasted "Tomahawk" Rib Eye with Rosemary Black Pepper Honey
  • Potato Gnocchi "Made Live" with Mushrooms, Spring Peas and Shaved Fresh Black Truffle

*Preceeding Brunch, at 10:30 a.m., children are invited to bring their Easter baskets and join us for an egg hunt in Palm Grove, located on the two-acre pool terrace.
